Our Purpose

The Cotillion for Achievement is a Scholastic Benefit Organization formed for the purpose of recognizing and awarding collegiate/post secondary scholarships to outstanding high school seniors attending school in Andrew and Buchanan Counties who have excelled in scholastics, extracurricular activities, and community participation while exhibiting high moral and ethical standards.

Organization Profile

Over $200,000 in Post-Secondary Scholarships Awarded Since 1986: Founded by three community-minded women that were searching for ways to honor young people making a difference in their communities, this not-for-profit organization began awarding scholarships during the 1986-1987 school year.  Currently 20 scholarships are awarded each year.

All-Volunteer Scholarship Board Administers the Program: Community volunteers work year-round to plan and raise funds for this program. There are no paid staff, and 100% of the funds raised are used to support the events and scholarships.
